5. Payments and Refunds

All payments made through Eash Cash are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a transaction has been successfully processed. In case of a failed transaction where the amount has been debited but the service has not been rendered, the amount will be automatically refunded to your account within 3-7 business days. We are not responsible for any delays caused by bank processing times.

6. E-commerce and Shopping

When you use Eash Cash for online shopping or e-commerce, you acknowledge that we act as a facilitator and are not the seller of the products. Any issues related to product quality, delivery, warranty, or returns are the sole responsibility of the respective seller or merchant. You agree to resolve any disputes directly with the seller as per their terms and conditions. Eash Cash's liability is limited to facilitating the payment transaction.

7. Limitation of Liability

Eash Cash and its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• The use or the inability to use the service.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the service.
• Issues arising from products or services purchased through our e-commerce facilitation.
